State laws concerning the shipment of alcoholic beverages are constantly changing and vary from State to State. Accordingly, in shipping alcoholic beverages to you, Berkeley Wine Company is acting on your behalf as a facilitator between you and United Parcel Service. Further, we make no representations or warranties concerning the properness of the shipping, delivery or sale of alcoholic beverages to you in your local State. In placing an order and requesting shipping of alcoholic beverages outside of New Jersey, you represent to Berkeley Wine Company that you have obtained any required permission, have paid any required fees and are working through properly licensed intermediaries, where required. You further represent to us that you are legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages and are legally entitled to take the quantities ordered.

Shipping Methods, Rules, and Costs

Estimated Delivery Time All orders will be shipped via UPS after credit card authorization. Subject to availability, orders ship within 2 business days of order placement. Please use the table below to estimate the shipping time for you order, by adding one full business day to the time estimate shown.

Adult Signature Required All alcoholic beverage shipments require acceptance by, and a signature by, a person over the age of 21.
