This dry rose is a blend of Early Muscat, Pinot Gris with a bit of skin maceration, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc. Fermentation happened separately, and all lots went through malolactic fermentation, with 5 months aging in stainless steel. Pale pink, aromatic, with stone fruits and white flowers.
