The cement tanks allow for the wine to retain its freshness and minerality while gaining a nice roundness and beautiful integration of tannins. Medium bodied, with great texture, balance and juiciness; expect a style that is up-front and perfumed, with silky, elegant textures that carry serious amounts of richness without ever seeming heavy.
