This offers a gorgeous nose of white peach, apple, pear sorbet, lime, chalky minerals and floral elements. The wine is rather full-bodied and off-dry on the palate, where the sweetness still sets the pace at this early stage. The finish is smooth, intense and very satisfying. Some acidic tartness comes through in the aftertaste, which still needs to integrate.
