Unknown quantities of Grenache, Cinsault, Counoise, Mourvedre and Viognier were all picked at the same time and fermented in the same vessel. Aromas of watermelon and strawberry with a hint of raspberry liqueur and spice. Palate is concentrated, driven by floral, strawberry and herbal notes. Finishes with a hint of minerality.
