RETURN POLICY
If, after you receive your purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us in unused condition within ten (10) days and obtain a refund of the original purchase price of the merchandise, less a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. However, due to the nature of wine and beer products, as well as food products, and the State laws governing these, no refunds can be issued on these items. Wine and beer are perishable agricultural products and, consequently, their wholesomeness and quality depend on carefully controlled climatic storage conditions. Berkeley Wine Company prides itself on presenting pristinely kept products. As we cannot control these factors, once a perishable product leaves our facility we can no longer guarantee its condition and, accordingly, can not accept returns on wine, beer or food products.

Any non-current vintage wines are sold "as is".  Due to the age of the wine, we are not responsible for corkage or other wine defect, which although rare, do occassionally occur with older wines.

Before returning a returnable product, please obtain a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA”) from us. You may then return the product, freight prepaid, in its original shipping container, with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the packaging to us. You shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the Product during such shipment.

Returns and replacements are also subject to these terms: 1) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; 2) Customer is responsible for all freight charges involved in returning and replacing items; 3) Non-defective returns and refused shipments are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
