This explodes on the nose with raisins and figs, cassis jam, chocolate, coffee, spices, and minerality on the palate. Sweet on the attack, incredibly complex on the palate and only the slightest whisper of residual sugar on the finish this ethereal incarnation of Cabernet Franc is a freakishly good wine.
