This wine is produced with Ribona grapes, a rare variety that is also called Maceratino, because it is almost exclusively grow in the province of Macerata. It is is extremely crisp, green and bursting with chamomile, acacia, green pear and dried yellow fruit. Serve very cold with good pasta and pesto.

The grapes used for this exquisite blend come from the oldest vineyard on the property. Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, the wine is structured and quite pleasant to drink. Aging in French barrels for 8-10 months. Dry and balanced, it carries notes of creamy berries on the nose, and tastes of cherry and vanilla.
