Planted on limestone soils, this is 100% Pinot Noir that originally faked me out as a lithe and elegant Burgundy when I tried it. Third generation winemaker Valery Renaudat has taken his family winery to new heights with the 2020 vintage. Shows crunchy red berry fruit, with subtle florals and stony accents appearing on the finish.
