The Erbaluce grape from the edge of the Piemonte region as it folds in to the Valle d'Aosta produces this lively, bright straw-yellow colored wine. with a lightly floral nose and delicate aroma of white blossoms. It shows nice minerality, with good acidity, and soft yet dry orchard fruit flavors. An uncommon treat!
